Law Enforcement Officers Security Unions (LEOSU) is seeking to represent any and all United Government Security Officers of America (UGSOA) members who are dissatisfied with the representation it may or may not recive from the UGSOA.

Law Enforcement Officers Security Unions (LEOSU) is here to represent any and all law enforcement officers, security officers, security guards and other security professionals working  throughout the United States who are the first line of defense in protecting our homeland security. LEOSU is recognized as one of just a few 9(b)3 security unions in the United States today that can be certified by the National Labor Relations Board to represent security professionals.

What is 9(b)(3)?

The National Labor Relations Act dictates that, “any individual employed as a guard to enforce against employees and other persons rules to protect property of the employer or to protect the safety of persons on the employer's premises; but no labor organization shall be certified as the representative of employees in a bargaining unit of guards if such organization admits to membership, or is affiliated directly or indirectly with an organization which admits to membership, employees other than guards”
